Instructions

    In a skillet, cook the cubed chicken breast until browned.

    Melt the butter and mix it with 1/4 cup of hot sauce. Pour over the chicken and toss until coated.

    In a separate pan, steam or sauté the riced cauliflower until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
