Instructions

    Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.

    In a large pot, cook the lentils in water/broth until tender. Drain excess liquid.

    In a skillet, sauté onions and carrots until soft. Stir in the peas, cooked lentils, thyme, and seasoning.
