Instructions

    Heat the sunflower oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

    Stir-fry the sliced beef until just browned. Remove and set aside.

    Add the mushrooms and green beans to the wok. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender.

    Add the minced ginger and garlic, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Return the beef to the wok. Toss everything with a splash of soy sauce substitute and black pepper. Serve immediately.
