Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.

    Add ground beef, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the beef is browned.

    Stir in the diced tomatoes and chickpeas. Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.

    Use a spoon to make 4 small wells in the sauce. Crack an egg into each well.

    Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
