Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over very high heat.

    Add the cubed beef and sear quickly until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until tender-crisp.

    Return the beef to the pan, add berbere spice, salt, and pepper, and toss everything together for 2 minutes.
