Ingredients

- 3Chickpeas (dry)300 g
- 4Tomatoes (raw)400 g
- 5Onions (raw)150 g

Instructions

Sear the veal cubes in a large pot until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until soft. Add a pinch of cinnamon, cumin, and paprika.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes and chickpeas. Return the veal to the pot.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until the veal is very tender.
