Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with half the olive oil, paprika, and salt. Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.

    In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil. Add the veal cubes and sear until browned.

    Add the minced chili peppers, tomato paste, garlic powder, and a splash of water to the veal to create a spicy bravas sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
