Instructions

Heat the sunflower oil in a large wok over high heat.

Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add the onions, carrots, and shredded cabbage to the wok. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables wilt but retain a crunch.

Return the beef to the wok. Add your seasonings (aminos/soy substitute, ginger, garlic) and toss well.
